Delphine Six is a senior scientist at IGE in the glaciology and hydrology mountain group. She is working on mass balance and energy balance of Alpine glaciers. She is the leader of the French National observing service GLACIOCLIM (Glaciers, an Observatory of the Climate) and she is also teaching at the University of Grenoble Alpes (UGA). In the SAUSSURE project, she will work on measuring and modelling the glacier surface melt, using meteorological weather stations and various melt models.
