Agnès Helmstetter is a scientist in the fault mechanics group of ISTerre. She is a seismologist interested in earthquakes source physics, but also working on landslides and glaciers. In the SAUSSURE project, she will work on the analysis of seismicity data, in comparison with other measurements (deformation, meteorological data, water pressure). She is mainly interested in detecting and modelling seismic signals generated by glacier basal slip. She is in charge of WP 2.9.
